Yoga

I’m a qualified 200-hr Hatha-Vinyasa and hot yoga teacher, but I like to be inspired by a variety of styles that I have experienced over the 15 years of practicing yoga (did someone said dancey Mandala yoga?). While I stay faithful to the ancient traditions that I’ve been lucky enough to learn, I flex my sequences and themes to suit those who join me on the mat.

That means you, Dear Yogi.

My group classes are suitable for all levels of experience – beginner and advanced yogis alike – and combine a range of techniques to make the practice as inclusive and enjoyable as it can be, for everyone. My private and corporate classes will be adjusted to your individual needs.

I believe that yoga is a way of life that can be adopted by anyone, regardless of how flexible or ‘yogi-looking’ they are. 

Practicing yoga will, of course, help you get fitter and physically healthier. But more importantly, with patience and consistency, it will slowly change the way you look at the world and yourself in it. It will help you show up in everything you do, with more confidence and authenticity.
